Exercises with Weights

Depending on what result you look for, exercising with weights is a great idea. If what you want is to only tone your arms skin, to make your biceps & triceps look finer and stronger, then exercising with small weights (1-2 kg) will be enough. If you wish to build some muscles, then lift as heavy weights as possible with your arms and exercise with them!
