7. Warming Up

Even if you do cardio, Zumba, fitness, yoga, Pilates or other types of exercises, you definitely need to properly warm up before! Your muscles need to be warmed up and ready to be stretched and worked out by the complex exercises you do. If you skip this step, a lot of problems might interfere, from harmless ones such as sore muscles to more important ones such as muscle strain or bone rupture. It is a serious thing, so don’t play with it! Warm up properly before your workout!
