6. Chart Your Progress

You might often feel that you do no progresses at all after working out. After a week or two of exercising, you might feel that nothing has changed. Well, in most of the cases, it is just an impression, because your body works hard and results are obvious for sure. This is why keeping a chart of your progresses is useful. Not only that you will see exactly how much you have progressed from a month to another, but it will also keep you positive about your body. Even by charting your weight or by keeping photos of you as weeks pass by, you will be able to see the beautiful results your body obtains and you will feel motivated to keep going!
