3. Food After Workout – Yes or No?

If you want to put some muscles on, then eating a rich meal after working out is a good idea. Eating just after your body has lost energy will help you gain muscles and usually men are more interested in this aspect. But if you are a woman and are only looking forward to losing some weight and shaping your body beautifully with not too obvious muscles and only with some toned skin, then you should definitely not eat for at least 1-2 hours after your workout!
